Terms & Conditions
Advanced Medical University LLC
Effective Date: May 28, 2026
The following describes the Terms of Service and Conditions of Use for the Advanced Medical University LLC website (amidoctors.com) and all related pages, membership areas, and programs accessible through it (collectively, "our website").
PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE. BY ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE OR REGISTERING FOR A PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR WEBSITE.
WE MAY MODIFY THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME. FOR MATERIAL CHANGES, WE WILL PROVIDE NOTICE BY POSTING THE UPDATED TERMS ON OUR WEBSITE AND, WHERE REASONABLY PRACTICABLE, BY NOTIFYING REGISTERED USERS VIA E-MAIL. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF OUR WEBSITE AFTER SUCH NOTICE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED TERMS.
OUR WEBSITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AMU MAKES NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT, PROGRAM MATERIALS, OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE.
1. Educational Programs and Enrollment
Nature of Programs
Advanced Medical University LLC provides live educational programs, training events, and related instructional content for licensed medical and healthcare professionals, accessible through our website. Our programs are designed for continuing professional development and do not confer academic degrees or constitute clinical practice. Nothing in our programs or materials constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice, and participation does not establish a physician-patient, attorney-client, or advisor-client relationship.
Eligibility
Our programs are intended for licensed or credentialed medical professionals and adult learners. By registering for a program through our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and, where applicable, that you hold the professional licensure or credentials required for participation. AMU reserves the right to verify credentials and to deny or revoke enrollment if eligibility requirements are not met.
Enrollment and Registration
Enrollment is complete upon receipt of your registration and applicable program fees through our website. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information at registration, including professional credentials where required for continuing education credit issuance.
Continuing Education Credits
Where AMU programs are approved for continuing education (CE) or continuing medical education (CME) credit, certificates will be issued upon verified completion of program requirements. AMU makes no guarantee that CE/CME credits will satisfy any particular licensing board requirement. You are solely responsible for confirming that credits meet your licensure renewal obligations in your jurisdiction.
Program Changes and Cancellations
AMU reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel programs at any time. In the event AMU cancels a program, registered participants will receive a full refund of program fees or, at their election, a credit toward a future program. AMU is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred in connection with a cancelled program.
2. Fees, Payment, and Refund Policy
Fees
Program fees are as stated at the time of registration on our website. AMU reserves the right to modify fees for future programs without notice.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you authorize AMU to charge the stated fees to your designated payment method.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is as stated in the specific program promotion or registration materials on our website. Unless otherwise stated:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future program.
- Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the program start date are not eligible for a refund but may receive a credit toward a future program at AMU's discretion.
- No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
If you received a physical product in defective or damaged condition, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge upon return of the damaged item in its original packaging.
3. Copyright, Licenses, and Intellectual Property
All content provided through our website — including course materials, presentations, handouts, videos, recordings, graphics, and written content — is the intellectual property of Advanced Medical University LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use content on our website solely for your personal, non-commercial, professional development purposes. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any program materials without prior written consent from AMU
- Record, livestream, or otherwise capture audio or video of live program sessions without express written permission
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to program materials to any third party
- Use program content for commercial purposes or incorporate it into other products or services
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to AMU through our website may be used by AMU without restriction or compensation to you.

We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
4. Use of Our Website
You agree, acknowledge, and accept that we are not rendering professional or expert advice through our website, and that content is intended for general educational and informational purposes only.

- Transmit material that infringes the rights of others
- Interfere with or disrupt our website or other users' experience
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your credentials

Professional Conduct
AMU expects all participants to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. AMU reserves the right to remove any participant from a program — without refund — for conduct that is disruptive, abusive, harassing, or otherwise inconsistent with professional standards.
Account Security
Where you are provided with account credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account. You may not share your credentials with any other person. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
No Clinical or Professional Advice
Our website content and programs are educational in nature and are not a substitute for independent professional judgment. Nothing on our website constitutes medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. AMU is committed to making our website accessible to individuals with disabilities and strives to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. If you require accommodations to participate in our programs, please contact us at [email protected] at least 14 days before the program start date so we can make reasonable arrangements.
Electronic Communications
By using our website, you agree that communications from AMU delivered electronically — by e-mail or website posting — satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Children
Our website is intended solely for adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may not use our website.
Third-Party Links and Products
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or references to third-party products and services. AMU does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your interaction with third parties is at your own risk.
Viruses and Security
AMU cannot guarantee that files available for download through our website will be free of viruses or other harmful code. You are responsible for implementing adequate security measures on your own devices and systems.
Assumption of Risk
YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. AMU PROVIDES ALL CONTENT ON OUR WEBSITE "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. AMU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COST OR DAMAGE ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE INTERNET CONTAINS UNEDITED MATERIALS, SOME OF WHICH MAY BE SEXUALLY EXPLICIT OR OFFENSIVE. YOUR ACCESS TO SUCH MATERIALS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. AMU HAS NO CONTROL OVER AND ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH MATERIALS.
Limitation of Liability
AMU MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF CONTENT ON OUR WEBSITE. AMU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUR WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT OUR WEBSITE AND ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES AND OTHER HARMFUL CODE.
AMU IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE EQUIPMENT OR DATA AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMU'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AMU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Express Disclaimer of Consequential Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL AMU, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PERSONAL INJURY — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR WEBSITE, EVEN IF AMU HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Links to Other Websites
Our website contains links to third-party websites. AMU makes no representations whatsoever about any other website you may access through ours or that may link to ours. When you access a third-party website, please understand that it is independent from our website and we have no control over its content. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by AMU. We are not responsible for the content of linked third-party websites. If you decide to access linked third-party websites, you do so at your own risk. You should assume we may be compensated for any purchases you make through third-party links.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Advanced Medical University LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your use of our website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
6. Third Party Rights
The provisions of Section 4 (Use of Our Website) and Section 5 (Indemnification) are for the benefit of AMU and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, each of whom may assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.
7. Term; Termination
AMU reserves the right to investigate reported violations of these Terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement or regulators and disclosing information necessary or appropriate in that context.
AMU may terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part, without notice at any time for any reason. Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9 survive any termination.
8. Federal Trade Commission Compliance
We make every effort at candor regarding any products or services we use, recommend, or otherwise mention on our website. We strive to clearly differentiate between our own products and services versus those of third parties. Just as we may profit from the sale of our own products or services, we may also profit from the sale of others' products or services. Wherever products or services may give rise to income generation, we endeavor to provide realistic and factual data, but we highlight that the variables impacting results are numerous and uncontrollable, and no guarantees are made. It is our goal to embrace the guidelines and requirements of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and, with that in mind, we provide the following disclosures.
Testimonials
Testimonials regarding outcomes from our programs are provided for illustrative purposes. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, individual results vary and depend on numerous factors including professional experience, discipline, and application. No testimonial should be construed as typical, expected, or guaranteed. AMU is not liable for errors or omissions in third-party testimonials.
Professional Consultation Disclaimer
Our website content and programs are educational and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. Users should apply content in conjunction with their own professional judgment and, where appropriate, consult with qualified specialists. AMU makes no representations about the suitability of any content on our website for any specific clinical, legal, or financial situation. You assume all risk for decisions made based on content found on our website.
Compensation Disclosure
AMU may recommend or reference third-party products, services, or organizations on our website. We may receive compensation in connection with such references. You should assume we may be compensated and apply your own professional judgment before engaging with any recommended third party.
Income-Producing Products & Services
Income-producing products and services referenced on our website are subject to the same cautions above. Results can be influenced by macroeconomic conditions, market sentiment, individual effort, and many other factors outside our control. Purchases should be viewed as purchases, not guaranteed investments. We make no guarantees and you should only risk what you can afford to lose.
Earnings & Income
There is no way to guarantee results of any kind. We affirmatively declare that we make no guarantees as to earnings or income of any kind, at any time. Past performance is no guarantee or predictor of future performance. Any testimonials or representations of results are for illustrative purposes only. "Earnings & income" includes all forms of compensation, monetary and non-monetary.
9. Miscellaneous
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes and Binding Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
Any cause of action you may have with respect to our website must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred.
Any legal claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our website — excluding intellectual property infringement claims and claims brought by AMU, and excluding matters that may properly be heard in small claims court — shall be resolved through mandatory binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Pinellas County, Florida. Each party shall bear one half of the arbitration fees and costs; each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees. Claims shall be arbitrated individually and may not be consolidated with any other party's claims.
Arbitration Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to [email protected] with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accessing our website or registering for a program. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND AMU AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Small Claims: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.
Modification
Neither course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall modify any provision of these Terms.
Assignability
AMU may assign its rights and duties under these Terms to any party at any time without notice to you.
Contra Preferentum
These Terms shall be interpreted according to their fair meaning and not strictly for or against either party. No rule of construction resolving ambiguities against the drafting party shall apply; these Terms shall be construed as co-authored by the parties.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be construed to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement Prevails
To the extent anything in or associated with our website conflicts with these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence.
Waiver
Failure by AMU to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it. Our rights under these Terms survive any termination of this Agreement. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Advanced Medical University LLC.
Change Notice
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date, and registered users will be notified by e-mail where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of our website after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The content and structure of these legal notices and administrative pages on amidoctors.com is proprietary to Advanced Medical University LLC. This material may not be used in any way for any reason and unauthorized use is monitored and policed via Copyscape.
